My spouse suffers from an over active bladder and for the most part many facilities within Edmonton, AB are equipted with facilities that keep the flow of users ... flowing, allowing a for a smooth shopping experience. We've had to stop shopping at West Edmonton Mall for their lack of facilities and line ups. I have on many occassions been women number, oh let's pick one ... sixteen, half way down a corridor to end up in the washroom entrance fifteen minutes later, bursting. Before I was aware of West Edmonton Mall's obvious lack of facilities. I would leave a line to try to find antother washroom only to be confronted with the same line down a different corridor. I have been told by tentants, their Older customers or those with young children who lack the control have often left the mall upset by these washroom wait times. Not to mention it must take the people that work there the better part of their breaks to take a quit pee. It's a shame to think that lack of bathrooms is what's keeping many of us from getting out and enjoying a day of shopping ... for us and for that reason we will no longer shop at West Edmonton Mall. Be sure to pack extra diapers for yourselves and your kids !
